The room we booked was luxurious and immaculate with basics, a bath and excellent facilities. The location was great and best possible, just 5 minutes walk from a printed ceramic mosaic sculpture.

The location was great and brilliant, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from St Malachy's Church. We got the same gorgeous and absolutely fabulous triple room with balcony booked online.

this brilliant hotel was clean. the bed was lovely, and overall the room was terrific and tidy. there were a safe box, tv set and a writing table provided. the location was marvellous and pleasant - adjacent to all the shops and sights, good bars and restaurants too and local shops and restaurants and victoria shopping centre. found coco a short walk to the property where i had supper.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel is centrally located. Simply perfect to explore the centre on foot. The employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, relatively large (even handicapped accessible) and the beds were super comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer.

Very good location in the center directly at the City Hall.
The bathroom in our room was handicapped accessible. For us the sink is much too deep, so that the use was difficult. In the restaurant Jasper, which belongs to the hotel, it was very restless because the waiters permanently cleared the cutlery or plates.

The only complaint that I have is that they charged us £12.oo for the car park on check out. Not once was a cost mentioned when they directed us to the car park. I found this extremely poor service especially when you are paying to stay in a hotel. The price for the car park was way too dear and this has never happened to me before. That would stop me staying there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
